MAPMOG Paint NYC

Cells per tile: high means paint is clustered (cheap to hold). Falling toward 1 means paint is scattered thin -- it costs server memory, and a scatter-flood bot shows up here first.

While on, clicking a billboard cell on the canvas below paints it instantly using your selected color -- same palette as the public flow, but no select/confirm step, and no cooldown; the per-IP flood ceiling still applies. Billboards are parked off by default (config.json's billboards_enabled) -- this tool is a no-op until that flag is back on.
